Throughout the council's history, there are long stretches of time in which there is little change in the council's program, and for that reason, not much can be said about that administration's accomplishments that is different from the years before. However, the mere fact that such repetition is omitted from this history, one should not infer that they were no less active or busy than past years. The council maintained a full calendar of dozens of activities each month of every year, and even if no new programs were added during the year, every Grand Knight, officer, committee chairman and active member should be commended for maintaining the high level of activity that had been set by the previous members of Council 3744.
Programs that were successfully maintained through the second and third decades of its history include Nocturnal Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in teams.
